ATC 78...Trade Being Arranged!
This ATC was made using a base of heat-transfer painted polyester to which was applied a piece of an old cross stitch done in the mid-1980s. It had once been a pillow. The design was based on the 6th century mosaics in Ravenna's (Italy) San Vitale church apse.
The back is signed and dated in free motion embroidery on a piece of paper fabric. The paper fabric was made with scraps of late 18th and early 19th century text, handmade paper, and metallic paints on unbleached muslin.
I'm thrilled to be trading with Susie who blogs here.

What a great idea and how fun to see all the ATCs at the end. I'd love to trade for #78
Hi Susie!
I'm thrilled to be trading with you! Thanks for your interest and support!
Susan
My ATC is on the way. It's made of a piece of sun-printed fabric backed with handdyed vintage scrapof a damask table cloth. Machine quilted and signed on the back. The title is "Home" -- a nod to the cyber neighborhood.
